help need better sign making program

ok here goes. i got divorced about 9 years ago and only recently allowed to get back into the game but i had to start cheap and ordered off of ebay. they sent me the signmaster cut version with the plotter. dont get me wrong i like the program but it wont let me correct an vectorization if i scan my artowrk and send it over for cut. can anyone recommend a better program that will let me vector my line work and clean up said lines without too much fuss and its gotta be cheap.

Hi Brian

I use coreldraw which is expensive. I've heard people speak of Inkscape I think it's called which is free. I've never used it myself.
