I'm pretty sure what you're asking is called piracy...which is illegal...which will probably get your post bounced from this thread.

Options for drawing programs are many. Legacy programs such as corel (old versions) can be found dirt cheap online. There are also free options such as Inkscape and I am sure there are other drawing programs out there.

As for cutting programs, depending on the brand cutter you have there may be free plug-ins from the manufacturer. I have graphtec and use a free plugin and many other cutters have free plugins as well. One of my old cutters I cut using a hpgl (???) driver that let you set up your cutter as a printer.

There are options that would get you back up and running without spending an arm and a leg.
