Please don't take offense to my comments. I'm not the registered trademark police, but that is a complete violation of trademark law, selling them or not. Your statement is conveying that I could legally put your company logo on some totally offensive product and hand them out at Grand Central Station in New York. As long as I am not selling them, this is okay? The trademark laws are in place to protect against ALL uses of the trademark, whether money is exchanged or not. The local chapters can't even authorize the use of the Rotary trademarks. If you want to donate a product to your local chapter, you have to purchase it from a licensed dealer. I know that sucks, but it's the way that organization has chosen to manage their brand. It's becoming more and more common these days.
