The December Newsletter-

Postby JESS » December 1st, 2012, 12:54 pm

Has now gone out. If you are a member, and did not receive it, please let us know, by replying here. We will see to it that you receive a copy, and try to determine why some folks do not get it.

Kari-
We will try to find out "why", but please check in the upper right hand title bar, and you will see, in parenthesis, (Newsletter). There, everyone can find what they might have missed.
Let's start by being sure that your registered E-mail (on the forum) matches your current E-dress. This info is in the "User control panel", accessed by clicking on (Surprise!) User control panel, just below "Board index" on the left. So far, that has been the main reason for NOT getting the newsletter.

Here's a couple things to check if you're not getting your newsletter delivered automatically every month. First, you need to access your User Control Panel (UCP) settings. The link to your UCP is just below the Board Index link in the upper left section of the page, just below the AzGC logo and above the rotating photos banner. Clicking on the User Control Panel link will display something like this:
1.jpg

Click on the UCP_Newsletter tab on the right (#1)
Click on the UCP_Newsletter_Preference on the left side (#2)
Verify that the E-Mail address displayed is correct (#3). If not, go to the Profile tab to edit it.
Check which format you have selected to receive the newsletter in (#4)

Click on the UCP_Newsletter_Newsletters link on the left (#5)
Verify the message block (#6) that SHOULD say you are automatically subscribed to this newsletter.

If all settings look similar to those shown and you still don't receive a newsletter, it could be that your incoming mail server is set to not accept HTML formatted mail. Try setting the mail format to Plain/Text (#4) and see if you get the following month's mail.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Tom, just checked all my settings and it's all good. I've received a notification every month since they started, nothing has changed with my email as far as I know.

I have not recived mine either. All my settings are correct. Of sourse, I don't know if I have ever gotten one. There is a slight chance that when I emptied my SPAM folder, it may have been in there. I didn't notice it though.
