HOW IT WORKS!
Once you have registered and been accepted, you are required to introduce yourself in "The Parlor", so that folks may have an idea to whom they are communicating. You will have limited access to the "Graphics & Goodies" available here, until you have made 25 general posts, at which point you will become an "Advanced Member". This gives you plenty of time to get used to how this all works.
A "post" is made each time you participate, whether it be an introduction, a comment on any other thread (conversation), a joke, or whatever. It is NOT necessary to contribute graphics, pictures, etc in order to advance.
It IS a requirement to fill out the basic information asked for in the registration form. Failure to provide the basic information will lead to negation of Advanced member status. We do not use this information for anything other than knowing who our members are, and admittance to the membership will be denied anyone who is unwilling to be real people. It is not an actual requirement, but we have discovered that providing a photograph of yourself (no matter how old a photo) as your Avatar helps to build a family atmosphere. Be a good sport, and play along. You will find it's nice to have a face to put with a name.

If you should discover that you have reached the 25 post goal, and have not been granted permissions, simply ask any of our Moderators, and we will take care of it.
